If you are from Germany log into stardoll and click HERE. Answer all the questions and click Enter Competition.
If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a proxy, go to 4proxy.de or german-proxy.de or proxy-service.de

Paste this into the proxy url bar:

Hit enter and log into stardoll. Answer all the questions then click Enter Competition. Once you have completed the contest you can leave the proxy. The balloons should be in a starplaza bag in your suite.
